I haven't received my upgrade disk - registration was rcvd and # assigned by Dell Feb 17.  E-mail said they'd notify me if not OK.  No e-mail, so SB OK.  Is the Mar 31 date just to get registered, or are you supposed to have the OS installed by then?  Is it OK to wait until the first SP comes out to install?
