I ordered Dell's XP discs and overwrote the Vista OS. I loaded all drivers etc as per forum help.

 

But I put a music CD in the tray and it doesn't play. I know the CD works because it loaded the Dell XP OS.

 

I put a regular DVD in the tray and it didn't play. What's up with this?

 

What other software was Dell supposed to send me so I could read and write music CDs and watch DVDs?
