Where did it go?

First i lost the icon on quick launch that controls window switching, i got it back and also learn thru this forum that i could switch back and forth between windows useing the windows icon on the keyboard along with the tab button, tried all these methods and still will not switch. Any suggestions?

What flavor of Vista do you have? The basic Home version does not have Windows Aero, which includes Windows FDlip and 3D Flip.
