What model PC? What operating System?  What browser are you using?

But, it sounds like a pop up blocker or something in your PC's security software is blocking that.

thank you for the reply. i have a dell 1525 that is nearly a year old. i use window explorer 8 for browsing. i have vista basic and a 32 bit operating system. i have turned off my pop up blocker with no results. i have changed my security programs with no results. a dell rep tried the other night to try to find the problem with no luck. he recommended that i use the fee for service they have for software problems. i have tried to use other browsers -no luck. the rep did say he thought the problem might be with my windows browser. we changed it back to the original settings-no luck. i am thinking about erasing my hard drive and re installing. what do you think.

    thank you

You need the Adobe Flash player V8 for those videos.  If you have that flash player I would suspect there is some other program that has corrupted it to the point it won't play and if that is the case if will take a complete reinstall.  I have that problem on CNN with one of my PC's, whenever I try to play any video on CNN with Internet Explorer all I get is a blank window.  Something has been corrupted in the PC and I've tried many things to get around it (uninstalling Flash with the Flash uninstaller, different Internet Explorer browsers, etc, and nothing seems to work and that PC will probably take a reinstall to fix it too.

However, I can play the CNN videos with Firefox browser.  If you don't have Firefox, download FF3, HERE and see if you can log in and access the espn 360 videos.

Thank you for your reply. I went online with microsoft support and we un-installed ie8 beta and went back to ie7. Now it works like a new computer. It is hard to un-install ie8 so for most of us help would be needed. She mentioned that they do not recommend ie8 beta for anyone until the bugs are out of it and it is formally introduced.

Thank you again for those who tried to help me.
