I have an almost new (1 month) Inspiron desktop, where the task bar keeps freezing. This becomes a real problem when I can't open Outlook messages to respond to them! My older laptop (also Windows 10) doesn't have this problem and I've had to migrate Outlook back on to that machine.

I see from the web (and also from talking to my very qualified daughter) thatthis is a general  Microsoft problem which they have failed to address.

I have tried every solution I can find on the web, including loading a new user and migrating all docs to that user, but sooner or later the task bar freeze migrates also!!

Has anyone a real solution (other than buying an Apple Mac)?
