Steve, Thank for your reply. The information sheet had an internet address, however, it would not pull up.  No Phone number listed either.  I did go into accessories and used the handicap settings and programed it to sleep mode after 5 minutes and now sometimes it does and other times it doesn't.  Someone told me if the mouse does not have an on/off button it is continously sending a message to the computer, unfortunately the button is not there.  Guess I'll have to buy another one!
