Remote Access Question

1 Can I use Pocket Cloud to access my desktop computers while using my laptop, or is it strictly through either my smart phone or tablet?

2 Is Pocket Cloud compatible with the old Windows ME operating system? (one of my desktops has ME, the other two are XP)
