You need to give us specific details about what you want to do. What does your XPS 8930 have now in terms of drives and Optane?

Do you want to replace a HDD that has Optane memory support now with an SSD? Add Optane support to a primary HDD? Add Optane to a secondary HDD, with an SSD as the primary (boot) drive?

The more you tell us, the more likely somebody can help...

OPTANE is hardware not downloadable software.

It must be included and it cant be added to every machine on the planet.

3D Crosspoint Storage is marketing.  It does make some things faster but in other cases it does nothing at all.  16 and 32 gig storage was marketed before by microsoft called readyboost
