Processor CPU upgrad XPS 423
Hi,
which newer cpu would fit in my XPS 430 desktop. I have the following specification but I’m not sure which other cup I could exchange with my motherboard and set up:
| Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 |
| 2666.7 MHz |
| Motherboard Model: | DELL 0G254H |
| Motherboard Chipset: | Intel X48 (Beachwood) + ICH9R |
| Motherboard Slots: | 2xPCI, 4xPCI Express x1, 1xPCI Express x4, 2xPCI Express x16 |
so again, wich processor could I change to upgrade my existing setup (with the existing motherboard)
any hint is highly appreciated
