XPS 15 7590 webcam flicker

Hello, like many people I have had to do a lot of video conferencing recently.

I have noticed that my inbuilt webcam has a flicker that is quite distracting. It appears to be the lower horizontal half of the image and occasionally flickers into negative colours for a fraction of a second.

I have run the support assist and windows update procedures to make sure my drivers etc are up to date but it hasn't had any noticeable effect.

Anyone have any advice to offer?

Many thanks

Webcam is flickering particularly in a rectangular section at the bottom of the screen and then the image will freeze until I turn the webcam off and on again and then issue happens again. It's like you would see on a monitor with a loose connection.
