XPS 15 9550 Bluetooth
I have borrowed an XPS 15 9550 and the Bluetooth on it seems to be horrible. This machine was dropped and the owner sealed the gap with epoxy so I can no longer open it.
I can't connect AirPods, and if I connect a Bluetooth speaker it goes all staticy and can also interfere with my Bluetooth mouse (makes it jump around). I also noticed that it brings up a windows 7 style window when it connects which I found odd as it was a clean install of Windows 11.
I have a Bluetooth dongle that I want to use instead but can't seem to work out how to disable the internal card via device manager.
Can anyone tell me what device to disable?
