XPS 9575 keyboard
After an eager wait to take delivery of my new laptop, I finally got my fingers on the maglev keyboard. Unfortunately, before even turning it on I found the "period/greater than" key is stuck in the depressed position. No tactile response. A quick Google search on the problem and I'm starting to worry that these keyboards are not being quality controlled and worst still, people are questioning how long these keys will last. Any one else with the same issue and have folks already decided that it's not worth the risk and exchanged for a different model?

My left-hand shift key split vertically and I had it changed under warranty and now it's happened again!!
Key-tops cannot be changed and the entire top panel has to be changed to change the keyboard!!
