• JUST IN GENERAL, why xps 17 is so hard to build compare to xps 13 and 15,

I ordered 2 xps one for me and one for my younger brother, xps 13 got delivered in just 5 days while xps 17 shows still in production. I placed an order for xps 17 on 27th August and no status change. What major change is there to build 17 than 15/13 xps I am curious.

No live status changes I can see but customer care agent says build completed on 2nd September, tho it's still not shipped. Not getting crazy but just curious why dell take time.
