XPS9570 with Killer 1535 bluetooth issue

Hi! I bought a xps 9570 and it came wih a killer 1535 wireless/Bluetooth card. I got a very annoying problem which I don’t know how to approach, for some reason my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse keep appearing as paired, but they won’t connect. -If I uninstall them and try to pair they won’t appear in my list of detected devices. -If I restart Bluetooth they’ll reappear again in the list of paired devices (i dont even have them turned on)! I tried everything I found in the internet with no avail, I just can’t uninstall the devices! The mouse and keyboard run fine in other computers and devices, and I’m able to connect other devices to the laptop, except for those two for the reasons described. Im running win 10 pro 64x, any idea what could be going on? Thanks! Cristian

Try to update Killer drivers, you can download them from Killer website and try. A lot of people had issues with this Killer 1535 and in Linux there are a lot of Bluetooth issues so you can install a better wifi card: Intel AC-8265 or Intel AC-9260.

Bluetooth devices will show as paired when not turned on.  They are supposed to connect automatically or allow them to connect once powered up.

Many devices will only pair and work with one system.  I have a Killer Wireless 1550 on one of my systems and had a 1535 on it prior to the 1550.  Bluetooth seemed to work the same as with an Intel devices.

I have a Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse I will check later for connectivity problems.

I did have a Bluetooth headset once, which after a change in the Bluetooth adapter, would not allow removal from the system.  I ended up going into Device Manager, allowing the view to show hidden devices and uninstalled the device that way.  After that the headset paired and connected normally.
