AW610M Buttons do not work at bootup.

I bought this mouse about 4 months ago and I have found that when I turn off my PC for the night, which I do not do as often as I should, and turn it back on in the morning, the left and right mouse buttons will not work.  I have to unplug the mouse and plug it back it for the buttons to start working again.  This does not happen when the computer goes to sleep.  Only when booting from a cold boot.  I recently reinstalled Windows 11 and a clean install did not solve the problem.  The buttons will still not work from a cold boot.

Anybody have any ideas on this?
