I've also just installed the latest .net framework.

I'm currently running Windows 7 (what came with my R3) 64 bit (6.1 build 7610)

My version of AW-CC is 2.6.0.15    When checking for updates, none are found.

Probably should have disconnected the MIO-Board's cable from USB-Header on motherboard during Windows clean-install.

Also, all required 64bit drivers should have come from Windows-10 (and Windows Update). The only thing you need from Dell is AW-CC.

Which brings up another point ... what version of AW-CC did you use?

1. Oh, sorry to hear that.

2. That version is very old. Try 2.8.9.0

Never update from within AW-CC. Always uninstall old and clean-install new.

Strangely enough, it began working.  I had not done anything else prior.
