Area-51 R2, SSD/HDD maximum capacity
Is there a SSD/HDD maximum capacity for the Alienware Area-51 R2?
Both of my SSD slots are filled.
HDD slot 2 has a 2 TB Kingston 2.5" SSD that works perfectly.
I am trying to add a new 8TB SAMSUNG 870 QVO SATA 2.5" SSD to HDD slot 3.
Since the other HDD slot 2 works fine with my SSD, why isn't this new drive registering in disk management when I try to format a new drive?
The new 8TB drive is not appearing in Disk management.

And no, that does not sound like a MBR 2TB capacity related issue. Perhaps a firmware or driver issue, if you can see it in BIOS but not disk management, though.
