Area-51 R6 Threadripper, Black Magic Hardware

Hello all, I'm bald now. I've lost all of my hair (or sort of) because of this Alienware issue. I have 5 BlackMagic

Decklink Mini Recorder HD cards, 1 monitor card, and 2 Decklink Duo 2 Capture Cards. Of course I don't use them all in my Alienware R3/R6, but I used to be able to use 3 of the cards and 1 of the capture cards. At any rate, the Duo 2 works fine, next to the Nvidia GPU slot (slot 2). Slots 3-6 will not allow me to use any of the BlackMagic Cards at all. I get a single beep and no video no matter what card I put in what slot.

What have I done so far?

Replaced the GPU - nothing

Replaced the Ram - nothing

Reset the CMOS - nothing

Reset the BIOS - nothing

Rollled back the BIOS - nothing

Hmmm, what else could it be?

I replaced the Motherboard, and it still refuses to see any of my BlackMagic cards in slots 3-6.

I power on, lights come on and fans, then a single sloppy beep that continues to beep once every minute or so. No video output at all. It hit a halt on the boot from somewhere within the CMOS or BIOS. Dell can't help me, they have done absolutely nothing. They promised me a call, today, at 1pm. I drove 32 minutes each way to the office where the Alienware is, and they never called. I emailed, they said sorry you need to send it to the Depot and lose it for a week or whatever. I have replaced everything but the power supply and the chassis.

This is why I'm bald! Does anybody have any ideas?

BTW, the cards all work fine in an HP Z4 G4 (as I would expect).

The PC still runs well with a GPU and the single DeckLink Duo, but I have $thousands tied up in other BlackMagic cards that I need to work in this R6. They used to work fine, until one day they didn't. Power surge? Storm? I don't know but it's got a new, old stock, Motherboard in it now and still won't work.
