Aurora 10, AWCC quiet mode?
By enabling quiet mode for my fans, will it change my fan curves?

Unless you manually change the fan curves or the offset, nothing will change there.
Never been a big fan of the AWCC, I think it could use an update.

Set a AWCC Game profile with your fan curves High Performance mode if you use this mode so when you boot your game/games up that profile will kick in. On your AWCC Default Profile settings "Bottom Right" set Thermal Balanced and Power Balanced so when you exit the game your cases fans and cpu will idle down and everything will be Balance Mode.

Yes, Quiet mode will turn down the default fan speeds unless you have modified that with a new profile. So, you may see higher temps with quiet mode than if you run Performance Mode that has the fans run at a higher rpm sooner to try and stay ahead of rising CPU temps as you game or use the PC over longer periods of time. AWCC is not the easiest to use as you click on the different modes and while it shows you the settings for that mode, it doesn't turn on the mode unless you click again to activate it and either set it as your default for all time or you can assign certain games to certain modes. Watch the youtube videos on if if you need help on how to set up the modes and custom fan curves.
