Aurora 14, known PSU issues

Hi,

I recently purchased an Aurora 14 and intermittently there is a knocking/rattling noise every 15 or so seconds which is extremely annoying. An engineer was sent out and replaced all the parts to no avail and I've just been informed by a helpful support expert that there is a known issue with these PSU's and the engineers are working on a software fix to lessen the noise. Something to do with the relay going on and off.. Anyone else had this issue and found any sort of fix for it? It isn't impacting the performance of the computer but the sound can be so loud that it is very annoying.
