Aurora 8, Bios Legacy Option Roms
Does this setting have to be enabled along with Secure Boot Disabled when installing a new Non OEM video card such as a gtx 1070 or rtx 2070, or is Secure Boot Disabled enough to get them to post?

Secure boot disabled is REQUIRED for NON Dell cards.
Legacy CSM is never a problem. Eventually this will be not available in class 3 BIOS.
Currently CLASS 2.3.1 UEFI is what is out there.
NVIDIA says it this way but it Applies to ATI as well.

Great thx speedstep for info, also completely remove drivers with DDU before installing aftermarket card?
