Aurora R10, PBO2 Curve Optimizer

Hi.

Does anyone know if PBO2 Curve Optimizer is available in bios 2.1.3?  Can't seem to find it.

Hoping it will help cooldown the 5800x, to keep fan noise down.  Also, any suggestions besides a fan swap?

I am only aware of a curve optimizer for RTX 3000 series video cards?

Do you have a link to the technical specs of that feature, so I can read up on it?

Forgot to mention it has an AIO.

I see now. I don't see this as being supported with the R10.

There's very limited options available for overclocking, and I doubt that will change for the R10 with a bios update.

This would be more of an advanced feature for premium motherboards from manufacturers like ASUS, MSI, GIGABYTE.

Thanks for linking the article, now I learned something new.

If you already have liquid cooling with an AIO, further improvements could be made with a push/pull fan configuration on the 120 mm RAD. There's a few threads on this board where others have left detailed instructions, and what worked and what does not work.

Just be aware aftermarket fans often cause boot errors, as these systems are limited with aftermarket fan support.

Its under OC options, Auto, HF1 and HF2.  Although that's PBO1.  I'm guessing they've yet to implement it, as its only for 5xxx processors.

I don't even have a bios PBO feature on my R10, and I am running the latest bios version.

I have to use Ryzen Master if I want to play around with PBO or any CPU overclocking feature.

Its a new standard feature from AMD, but has yet to be added to Ryzen Master.  It should be on all motherboards.
