Aurora R10, repair
I'm hoping someone can give me a legitimate answer since I keep getting the run around when I call support.
On 3/11-3/12 I contacted Dell Support to fix an issue with my Alienware computer. Since the problem was not able to be resolved via phone maintenance I reached out to support and was told a repair technician would come out and fix it.
The technician has not come by to fix it and I was told that this was because the item listed below was on back order.
I was told on 3/28 that the part should be delivered to the repair tech by 3/29.
It is now 3/30 and still no end in site to when this problem will get resolved, just got off the phone with another representative and was told the regular "should be ready in 1 - 2 days", which I've been told at least 3-4x.
I don't understand why any SSD (even a different size one) is not available. This is my work computer and I not have to commute 1hr+ everyday because I cannot work from my office.
Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
