Aurora R10, Windows updates failed

Unfortunately, we have been having issues Windows 11 updates (Alienware/Ryzen R10). It was installed oct 2022 - version 22H2 and issues ever since. That is almost 2 years or trying to update and getting errors so you can image how badly it needs an update. Quality update error is KB4023957 and KB5035942. Driver update error is 0x80246008. What needs to be done if it hasn’t been updated in almost 2 years?
