Aurora R10, won’t boot into Windows

Aurora R10 stuck in a boot loop. Originally it would boot into safe mode. Used the Dell recovery USB to attempt a clean install, but now it won’t even boot into Safe Mode. Now it’s stuck at “your pc didn’t start correctly”. The Support Assist pre-boot check shows no issues. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks!

For a clean install, use MS Windows Creation Tool to get the latest build.  Dell recovery drive will set you back to older version.

Remove AC power from the computer, press and hold power button for 30 seconds to remove residual power.  Reconnect AC power and upon boot up, continuously tapping F12 key to gain one time boot menu.  From there, you can either run a diagnostics scan for any hardware error or you can select to boot the USB drive with Windows installation.

See here: 0xc000000d

It is fixable in almost all cases. You likely performed a clean installation without first removing the existing partitions, and you end up with boot files that point to the incorrect partition as a result of it.
