Aurora R11, AWCC, stopped displaying CPU frequency, temp, usage

Today, after almost one month of ownership and use AWCC stopped displaying cpu frequency, temp and usage.

It works ok but it is odd it does not display anything about the cpu. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but nothing I can do resolves it.

I also run the diagnostics and no problems were reported.

This is a screenshot of the problem:

Anyone with a similar issue and how they resolved it?

Also after reinstalling AWCC it does not display my alienware keyboard and mouse anymore...

Just a partial response, maybe for both, I think AWCC needs Alienware CC Components for keyboards and mice, maybe also for OCing.

Yes! You are right. I installed the additional components and keyboard and mouse work now, but the cpu info is not displayed...

Howdy KostasNK,

Not sure if this will help or not, but have you tried re-installing the Alienware Command Center OC component?  It is a separate install and the most recent version for me is Alienware-OC-Controls-Application_FH3TC_WIN64_1.3.13.1300_A00.  Also, when you click on the OC tab, do you get the prompt about how overclocking can make your system hot, etc...?

After running Command Center about 4 times on my 3-day old system, the "light" theme for Command Center causes all of the info in the OC tab to be blank.  This seems to be a buggy program.

Yes @LinkRS the first time I run it it displays the info about overclocking might be harmful for your system etc.

I uninstalled and intalled both awcc and also oc controls component (the latest version) you are reffering but the same issue persists. Can I install a previous version of oc control or are they not compatible with the latest awcc?

There is currently a known issue with the AWCC displaying incorrect or no values for certain tabs.

A future update to AWCC will address this.

Keep an eye out for any updates to AWCC for your machine using the official DELL drivers site: Dell Drivers

I've tried it all nothing works, seems this BIOS update messed with AWCC, lets hope the update fixes it if it ever comes out.

During a Dell Tech remote assist (I was having problem with my 3080 Ti crashing when playing any game), I mentioned that AWCC is not displaying CPU Freq and temp after 2.2.1 BIOS update. I was told a new BIOS will fix this problem. The BIOS that came out recently, 10/13/21, didn't fix it. hopefully the next one will.  Oh, I'm getting a replacement 3080 Ti.

The issue is not with the BIOS, it is with the version of AWCC.

A future version of AWCC will correct this issue.

Agreed the BIOS updated again today and for the heck of it I fully removed AWCC and reinstalled and the issue persists. No CPU frequency and 0 degrees showing in temperature.

I see Alienware Command Center 5.4.7.0 <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> has been released for every current model except the R10, any idea when the no CPU speed or temp issue is going to finally get fixed and we get the updated version of AWCC?

It has never worked on my R10, but I do not have any ETA on  Ryzen fix for AWCC.
