Aurora R11, Case Swap, stage 3
Stage 3 of my insanity. This is a Core P3 with a full R11 case swap. I have placed the power button in the case (you can spot it just above the GPU rainbow cables), but I bought a soldering iron and may do a full button transplant. I installed the front USB into the black port and kept the blue cable from the R11 as I needed an internal USB cable anyway for my pump control.
The motherboard is mini ITX so fits fine. The I/O is covered by a small custom acrylic shield that I painted.
My son told me “the motherboard is so ugly”, but I love the Alienware head on the motherboard.
PSU shroud is custom. I love graffiti hence the stickers. My daughter told me they made it ugly. My kids are not supportive!!!

"My son told me “the motherboard is so ugly”,"
Yeah, and my son just asked if grandma could not visit us anymore while she was hugging him good bye. I'd take a computer dis any day. But I think that open air concept looks great! Brave, though. My children would knock that radiator over in under an hour. That, or I'd be stuck peeling Oreos and hair balls out of the fan.

I can see a desk computer in your future.
I can feel you want one!

@Vanadiel I really would love a desk computer, but this computer is sitting atop a brand new 2.4 metre wide custom wooden desk that has been installed in my new garden office. So any desk computer is at least 3 years away.
I have a few more little things to dial in on this build, but when I got it to boot up I decided that was a good time to call it a day.

LOL, surprised you remember that! Yeah, nice, but too much $$$ for me to spend on a PC case though.

It looks like a piece of art. That would look so nice on a desk, behind some nice plexiglass countertop.
Some extra RGB strips, RGB LED tubing, RGB power wiring.
I can see it already.

I moved the Alienware inner LED ring and power button to the front side of the case to add a backlight glow to the reservoir. Also added a fan above the VRM heat sinks as can be seen.

You know what also would be awesome. If you could somehow attach the radiator to the case, with a framed bracket or something like that.
This way it would look like it came and is part of the case.
They should do an interview of you and put it on the Alienware Youtube and Twitter channel, to show what can be done with a properly modded Alienware.
Something like "Alienware, the art of gaming"
