Aurora R11, how to boot from USB?
Greetings,
I have created a Windows 11 Recovery USB flash drive and would like to use it to install Windows 11 on my Alienware Aurora R11. How do I configure the system so that it boots from the USB flash drive?

Should be able to press F12 during post to access the one time boot menu.

I've installed Windows on my R8 several times, but all of a sudden it doesn't work. I remember the first time I did it, I had a similar issue! But there's no documented solution, and I have no idea what I did. Jeez, why is it so hard to just boot from a USB drive and install an OS?

1. You remember, but you don't remember?
Are you getting to the F12 "One-Time Boot" Menu? If not, you start tapping F12 slowly once BIOS-Posting Logo appears.
2. SecureBoot.
Only a properly created Microsoft Windows-10/11 Installer flash will boot (and just a few others like Macrium Rescue and Ubuntu Linux). They must be "Microsoft Blessed".
