Aurora R11, liquid cooling under Linux

Aurora R11 RTX 3090 is liquid cooled by a new Asetek PCIe radiator. Does it work under the (not validated by Dell) Linux (to be more specific, Ubuntu/openSUSE)?

Same question for CPU liquid cooler, does it work under Linux?

Any other potential issue for running Ubuntu/openSUSE in Aurora R11?

Thank you.

:linux is not supported . Unless your Dell model ships with linux from dell it wont be supported.

You should try to install linux ALONGSIDE windows and go from there.

There is support for linux from canonical but its not free.

oops, I might made a mistake. I thought the RTX 3090 is liquid cooled since the RTX 2080S is, and RTX 3090 consumes more power than RTX 2080S.

if RTX 3090 is air cooled, will it over-heat in Aurora R11?

Thank you!
