Aurora R11, trying to Install Command Center 5.4.35.0

From what you are showing, It seems that a dell service has not started
("C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\UpdateService\ServiceShell.exe")

for win11
Find windows tools ( all apps or control panel) computer management
or type computer management in search.
find services and application/services
look for alienware client management double click it
the service that did not start should be ServiceShell.exe.
It should be running if not, start it, the start up type is automatic ( delay)
If service missing or disabled you may have to reinstall the update service.

You might try install (reboot) from the win administrator account. or run as an administrator and try awcc installation again, be sure to completely uninstall awcc.

Still did not work, it gave me this error when I tried to start it.

I have been reading up on this issue and it seems, this is being caused by a Windows update and the only answer Dell has been giving out is telling people to reformat. I am not going to reformat my computer just for this software, seems like the Dell engineers need to find out whats going on and come up with a fix for this.

to do a repair and check windows

open command prompt and start

sfc /scannow

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

win 10,11

I would suggest:
On your computer you should find the Dell-Alienware-Update-Windows-Universal- application.
Do a restore point and uninstall that apps. then reinstall it.( run as administrator ) with a fresh copy.
(A computer restart could help)

That should reinstall that service ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\UpdateService\ServiceShell.exe") at least it does on my computer.
A missing or corrupt file in that directory could be the cause of errors.
