Aurora R11, water pump failure
Last night I was playing a game and an odd electrical/burning smell started coming from my R11, I noticed my all my CPU cores started hitting 100c then throttling back, so I knew something was wrong with the water cooler. The radiator fan is constantly running at full speed now. I ran the diagnostic software and sure enough the water pump failed. I attached a screenshot below.
Just wondering what steps I have to take to get this resolved. I'm posting here because chat is closed during the weekend.

If you are not under warranty you can replace the AIO CPU cooler yourself.

You should not run your rig at all with the AIO pump malfunctioning. You can replace it yourself, or deal with Dell and a service technician . . . choose your poison.
Consider deleting your photo . . . you should not post your Service Tag.

Original screenshot disappeared for some reason.
I know I could just replace it myself, but it's still under warranty.

I made it disappear. Service tags cannot be posted. I suggest blanking it out prior to posting the screenshot.

Didn't realize I couldn't post the service tag.
I'll leave the screenshot here in case dell support actually sees this thread. Guess I'll just have to contact someone on Monday to start the process.

Looks like you need a new AIO. They should be able to help you out. You can also click the "get help now" in the bottom right corner of this page.
