Aurora R12, air cooled, temperatures

Question

I am new & uneducated in PC gaming technology.

I just bought the Aurora R12. The specs are as followed:

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-11700F @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
GPU Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080

When I'm gaming the CPU & GPU are 90 deg Celsius. I think that is a little hot according to what I have researched so far. I have the PC in an open spot. Not under a desk.

What else do I need to do? I really don't want to go as far as cutting up the case etc.

Would it hurt to put just a small fan blowing from the outside? Any & all suggestions will be appreciated.

You can go to your Dell account and view your invoice and find the case and color option. It will say something like: Lunar Light chassis with Low-Profile Smart Cooling CPU Heatsink and 1000W Power Supply or Lunar Light chassis with High-Performance CPU Liquid Cooling and 1000W Power Supply.  The other way is to look at your manual to open the case and see if it’s air cooled or Liquid cooled.  Dell customer care can also assist you.   And there are lots of YouTube videos out there.

Liquid or air cooled. For air cooled those temperatures are what you would expect. What can help is increase case fan speeds, but they will become loud.
