Aurora R12, BIOS white screen
I have an Alienware Aurora R12 with intel i7 11700 and R9 270. Since the day I bought it, I could never access the BIOS (It was just a white screen). I decided to watch a youtube video from Alienware to update the BIOS in a specific order (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqcNGBUFq8E). I had BIOS version 1.1.9 and installed version 1.1.10. I executed the file and it restarted my computer and, again, prompted a white screen. I am now stuck on this screen and the only thing I can do is press ESC which restarts my computer. I don’t have warranty so I cannot call support. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Does that mean I need a gpu that has UEFI support? Also, does using recovery mode need UEFI support from the gpu?

Is this the original video card that came with the system, or an aftermarket card?

The issue is the lack of UEFI support for that card. That is why you get a white screen when you try to access your BIOS.
The good news is you can change a few BIOS settings to make that card work, the bad news is you need access to the BIOS to do so.
You are not the first one to run into this issue.
As for fixing your current issue, you can try recovery, if you can see it. BIOS update one time boot menu F12
You can also try BIOS recovery, but the R12 is not listed in the document so I don't know if it will work: BIOS recovery

You would either need access to the BIOS, or a system that boots into the OS to be able to determine your current BIOS version.
I am not aware of any video that can help you solve your current issue.

I have 2 other questions:
1. How do I know which BIOS version I have?
2. Is there a video that can help me solve my current issue without accessing the BIOS?

Since you cannot access the BIOS to change the settings, yes, you will need UEFI support. I do not know if recovery mode needs UEFI, but I am assuming it does.
Only cards guaranteed to work are the OEM cards. See the FAQ for more details: R12 FAQ
Some users have reported that some cards with UEFI still did not provide access to the BIOS, so your mileage my vary with aftermarket cards.
