Aurora R12, black screen after log in
My Alienware Aurora R12 was showing a black screen after I put my passcode in. Soon as it logged me in it went black. So I tried to log off and now when I turn it on the logo shows then it goes to a scan code to Dell. I scan it and it has an error key that says no issue was found. “0000”.

It indicates a boot failure. Press F12 during start-up to access the one time boot menu, and try to manually select the hard drive to boot from and see what happens during the boot process.
