Aurora R12, Bluetooth connecting your device again

Just recently my Bluetooth system seemed to break. It can detect the signal but never connects. 

1. I have tried turning it off and on again.
2. I have checked to make sure the processes were on and set to automatic (2/3 were able to be on auto, one refused but they were all running)
3. I re-installed the drivers. 
4. I updated the drivers. 
5. I tried with other devices and confirmed the same message without even an attempt at connection. 
6. If I double click it starts connecting but cuts off in less than a second saying the same message. 
7. I checked and installed a windows update. 

As I have exhausted all obvious solutions I turn to the community for potential reasons and solutions.
