Aurora R12, components replacement again?
Right now, I've found out my BIOS is not updating. I thought I was installing BIOS updates normally, but now I've realized It's not.
The current version of my BIOS is 1.1.1; I've tried to install versions 1.1.17 and 1.1.2 without success.
I'm worried and tired of this kind of hardware problem. I've found out online some guys are having the same issue, which was solved by replacing the whole motherboard. Months ago, I had some video issues, and DELL technicians couldn't solve the problem, and they replaced almost every part of my computer. They replace the motherboard, RAM modules, and GPU. My warranty runs out on November 29th, and nearly every problem I've had with my computer seems unsolvable unless I replace hardware components. That makes me not trust your products at all. I want my problem solved before my warranty runs out or a warranty extension.

So you are using the wrong profile, that is why you get that training error.
You are at XMP-2936 when you should be running XMP-3200. You can normally use AWCC to set the XMP profile.

Sounds like a hardware problem. Maybe let the people who have been working on your computer know about it?
Be sure you have plenty of electricity (and amps) available at that wall-outlet/room-breaker and a nice battery-backup/surge/power-stabilizer (like an APC with AVR) is always a good idea.

I would load BIOS defaults and see if that helps.

I don't know if it's set properly but I managed to set XMP2 on the BIOS
Everytime I restart my computer AWCC shows this
I don't know if those are the right values for optimal performance.
Anyways, everytime I turn on my computer I have the same issue. It clicks like turning on but no light on the AW logo neither fan noise, and after a while clicks again and turns on normally.

The memory tab of CPU-Z will show you the frequency of the RAM.
For 3,200 Mhz you need to see 1,600 Mhz as DRAM frequency. You originally showed 1,400 Mhz.
You also need to turn on RAM enabled in AWCC as that XMP profile is technically an overclock.

I was able to set 1.600 Mhz as DRAM freq and enable the RAM overclocking.
Still having the start-up issue.

In that case you would have to contact a service call because I think we have reached a point where a technical expert has to physically look at the machine to troubleshoot it further.
