Aurora R12, Device Manager AWCC driver
How many AWCC drivers should be in your device manager - I have about 23 AWCC drivers that show a yellow triangle and 1 that doesn't. Are all the rest of those drivers invalid.
All but one note
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
They are all driver version 1.01.0 dated 10/28/2017 by Dell -
It's hard to believe I need 23 of the same drivers. It would seem they've been replicating instead of replacing them. Anybody know?

You can right click and select to uninstall all of the one with yellow triangle. Reboot system and scan for hardware changes, check again to see if any of the issue drivers remained.

It depends on how many Alienware devices you have - keyboard, mouse, etc. that need drivers for RGB and use ACC.
Click on the driver and see what it is for!

I used the Microsoft chat feature last night and they assured me that it was a software issue. They even noted that they were going to do a hardware check as well.
I uninstalled the command center and support assistance and reinstalled them. Everything worked fine and I downloaded the available updates. After I rebooted the download feature it worked but after I rebooted, it started giving me an invalid triangle for any other updates and the same AWCC drivers have the same triangle over them. Everything works in that feature as well. It does updates, checks the hardware, updates the software, optimizes the network and boosts performance.
I guess it's corrupt from another issue as well. They have a hardware scan at Dell Support as well. Maybe I can check that out. The system is working great though.
If I had to guess, it's got something to do with the Dell Management Services. It's supposed to be running in task manager but it's not. When I try to start it with services and task manager it won't start. I can't log in to it or force it to run. I probably need to learn about the services. Unsure at this point but that remains my problem. That and the drivers.

@Real_Boy85 Maybe I could replace the inf files in windows since the oem46.inf drivers won't load. I'm lost. The problem is certainly in getting the Dell Client Management to start. It won't run.

Uninstall everything related to ACC, and then install Alienware Update. After running AU, the system finds what it needs and installs it, it is the best way to install Alienware programs.

I might have to do that. I finally got into my Program Data files and deleted the client folder and got the Dell Client Management to run. folder wouldn't open nonmatter what I done. Microsoft fixed that in help - Then - Eventually after a long day - I renamed Security to Everyone, and it opened. See-
How to Actually Fix Dell SupportAssist Update (The service did not respond to the start: Error 1053) - YouTube
It's running fine but I still have the yellow triangles beside the AWCC drivers. Only one of them doesn't have the triangle. I've uninstalled starter services and client management and reinstalled everything. I downloaded all my updates. I have the new global management update installed in that series off downloads - as well.
Anyway - I'll figure it out. Maybe-

I've been talking to you all the time about the ALIENWARE Update program, which works best. It is better than the support assist program!
So hopefully you can solve it.

I think this is what happened -
4. Remove Duplicate Drivers:
o If you notice multiple instances of the AWCC Driver, it might be due to repeated repairs of the Alienware Command Center.
o Uninstall the duplicate drivers and keep the working one.
But I don't get this view in the Device Manager once selected.
devices that were once present.

Must have been because I removed them, and they didn't replicate on reboot. I was pretty sure that was too many drivers. This driver seems to be a little old for the Alienware systems though. The driver is 1.0.1.0 and is dated 10 /28/2017 --- My system is an Aurora R12 / Windows 11 with a 11th Gen 17 / Graphics RTX 3070 / 16 GB Memory / 2TB HD - I don't note any software or hardware conflicts though. Is this the latest AWCC driver. Can someone check their AWCC Driver and see.
The event viewer shows this driver posting errors due to the starting issue with start-up services. I guess.
The device manager says it's the best driver and contends it's working fine.

What a journey- 5.51 wouldn't let me install 5.5.52 because it wouldn't allow the client manager to run. That killed the installation. I tried running it manually after removing 5.5.51 it and it still wouldn't install. I finally reset my PC to a complete reinstallation and removed 5.5.51 and downloaded and installed 5.5.52 manually. I shouldn't have to keep doing this once a year or so. Ugh - lol - I have one Dell driver - 1.0.1.0 under system devices. Not 26- Of course, Dell has one Driver under computer. See you next year. : ) Note - That's a Big Smile.
