Aurora R12, Intel VT-x
I work with Vm regular. Now I buy new PC (Alienware Aurora R12).
And... it doesn't support Intel VT-x
I think may be I am blind and read CPU specifications incorrectly. But if we open them https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/212254/intel-core-i9-11900f-processor-16m-cache-up-to-5-20-ghz.html
We could see
It has VT-x technology. But I can't turn on it, because there is no any settings in BIOS, where I can do it.
The BIOS version is last. I have all updates.
So I bought useless PC?

Also, try turning off Intel Hyper V and checking again. That sometimes blocks it from showing a check box there.

What does task manager say, there may be no check mark because it is being used by another program.
It should be enabled by default, I don't believe there is a switch in bios since around the Aurora R7/8.

Same setup just with the KF cpu and am sure they are the same as far as that goes very odd. I am also on the 1.1.4 BIOS so we know it's not that.

Try turning off Intel hyper V, that is what I was mostly thinking when I said another program may block it from showing a check box.

It is enabled, as per your screenshot of your task manager.
The issue must lie somewhere else, usually but not always it is because Microsoft virtualization is enabled.
A good way to check is open up a command prompt and type in systeminfo
Wait a few seconds until it is finished, and it should show your virtualization status at the very bottom of the output window as follows:
Hyper-V Requirements: VM Monitor Mode Extensions: Yes
Virtualization Enabled In Firmware: Yes
Second Level Address Translation: Yes
Data Execution Prevention Available: Yes
