Looks like you did everything possible, I don't see what else you could do.
Looks like a hardware failure of the motherboard.
The only thing I am not following is the support assist you ran and it found no errors. How did you run it without a display output working?
Besides that, it looks to me like it's best to contact dell-cares for warranty assist.
Please do not post your private Service Tag in public. Click the blue DELL-Cares username. Their profile page will appear. On the right click, "Send this user a private message". They will need the private PC Service Tag to check your purchased warranty status, components, etc.
I use a laptop as reference and carefully followed along using only the keyboard and enable Windows Narrator (the assistive screen reader). From there it was easier to use the keyboard since you get the feedback.
Then use the laptop (M17-R4) as reference to run Support Assist among other things.
Right now Im playing with various attempts to get the NVIDIA drivers installed but is quite hard without a monitor.
Also made room on the lower PCI-e slot by removing the bracket from the card and IDE cages, so next if a reinstall doesn't work would be to try that slot.
