Aurora R12, ram bottlenecking GPU and CPU

Thank you for posting, I hope these will get Dell aware of this issue and release a BIOS fix ASAP. I would hate having to return my system

I have the same problem (rtx 3080 + i7 11700k). Hopefully there will be a fix but im thinking of returning my unit.

Yeah it’s pretty sad honestly. I’m testing at a 50% in user benchmarks for my ram. Speeds are at like 1500mhz like this is actually a joke. I pay 3000 for a pc to be built properly and it doesn’t even work as well as my 8 year old pc.

Was any fix ever found? I literally feel scammed purchasing this build every time I play call of duty, it’s pretty sad and pathetic for Dell to be this negligent on their own pre built PCs, and a brandname like Alienware having complete build issues which cause the entire pc to bottleneck is just UNACCEPTABLE!

@Muizoo A BIOS update was available to address the issue, as far as I am aware off.
