Don't touch anything on the inside of the PC, make sure everything else on the outside is correctly plugged in by taking it out then reseating it. Then take the Power cable out and hold the Power button on for at least 15 seconds, then plug in the power cable and try again.

That does not work, call Dell, you have a month old PC, covered by a fantastic warranty according to them, so let them fix it. At a month old I would be wanting a brand new replacement. Whatever you do though, do not touch anything inside the PC, let Dell worry about that.

Going by his photo the error is coming after the BIOS check. The ring is lit around the power button so it is passing that bit.

I am a tech and recently had a client who had same issue.
The alien head not blinking but lights in the back where the HD signs is displayed going crazy can’t see the flashes as they blink to fast for my eye and my phone.

Second the flashes are not consistent with the manual.

I had a motherboard probe tester to see what may be the issue since motherboard doesn’t have any led to indicate an issue in post.

There is no speaker jumper to see if there is any beeps in the post.

I tried clearing bios and password with jumpers 34 to 12

tries clearing bois with jumper 34 to null and power on and power off to jumper 34.

I tried esc and ctrl to restart the bois if it was failed bois.

nothing tried draining the electricity, tried removing the coms battery.

swapping drivers.

I had psu tester for mother boards but their custom boards don’t have 24v pin as it’s custom so I was unable to test psu with the tester. I used multi meter to find out the gpu psu wires were correct voltage.

then I put Gpu into my pc and I could see the fans were not spinning however on the Alienware 13r they are spinning and my pc has 850w that I use for 3090rtx.

My resolution that worked was a new smaller gpu card to test out if gpu was working since their power supply is limited with only 2 8 pins power pins. Resolution get new GPU card.

from my experience this Pc is not properly made since the air circulation is terrible and if you playing 3 to 8 hours you will stress the card and burn it.Motherboard should have an indicator to state if post is stuck, looking at flashes to determine broken component is not ideal the worst since you have to look for 3 paus then 2 blinkers, in addition removal of speaker could of helped.

Sorry i disagree and i have owned the top of the range intel R13 for over a year. Nothing is going to burn out and i wish people who do not own one would stop claiming doom and gloom, and your going to die a fiery death etc.

No normal non geek user is going to notice the CPU is being power throttled in daily use and i regularly game for 3- 5 hours with decent FPS and temps topping no more than 80 max.

The PC does tell you by the way via power button flashes why it wont start. I repeat in this case it passed that test, hence the ring of lights is on. I suspect a cable or something is loose inside but on a month old PC my advice would not be to listen to a self declared Tech , and hand the problem back to Dell
