Aurora R13, cannot connect to WiFi

Question

After my Alienware Aurora R13, was fixed after unplugging it during a update, when I turn it on it works. But when I try to set up a new pin it says I’m not connected to the internet. When I try to connect it there’s no WiFi option in menu screen But I do see airplane mode, and I try to restart and hard shutdown but none of it worked. I even tried to Connect my phone hotspot USB and it still does not work. Please help.

Log in with your Microsoft account that was used when you created the PIN.

Please provide some config info: your model number, Windows version (looks like 10, but run "winver" to be exact), Wi-Fi adapter details.

Couple of things to try:

Run hardware diagnostics from the pre-boot menus (F12). Make sure there's nothing wrong with the hardware after the incident.
If you have access to another Windows system, create installation media for your version of Windows and perform a repair install. Check your backups beforehand, just in case.
