Aurora R13, Crucial ram (2x16GB) not working

After installing Crucial Pro RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR5 5600MT/s (or 5200MT/s or 4800MT/s) Desktop Memory CP2K16G56C46U5 in my Aurora R13 my system has become very unstable. The crucial website states the memory is compatible even though the system specs are for up to 4400MHZ memory.  Crucial site says the memory is down clockable.  The Dell website offers 4800 MTs memory as the replacement memory.  What can I do to make the system stable?

Dell has not fully tested its own oem 4800MHz 16GB ram for R13.

Dell R13 FAQ has ? on oem 4800 ram XMP bios support.

user benchmark shows crucial 4800 mhz clocked at 4400 in R13

2 of 4 slots used
32GB DIMM 22h 4800 MHz clocked @ 4400 MHz

the higher freq ram you experiment the more unstable system will be.
Dell bios is not like asus it is not enthusiast friendly. This has something to do with Dell wanting less liability and support.  So settle w 4400 seems more down to the earth in this model.

What is it actually running at frequency wise?
