Aurora R13, latest BIOS causing Noctua fan issues

Has anyone got the newest BIOS update and had different fans just not spin up when the computer starts or comes back from sleep? On a fresh boot the system assist will come on and tell me said fan is not working and the fan is actually not spinning up at all. The diagnostic doesn't resolve the issue and it gives a QR code for support. If you exit and reboot most of the time the fan issue will resolve itself but can sometimes change to a different one. I had setup a push pull on the radiator with an extra fan and though that might be messing with the setup and removed it and still am having the issue.  I have not noticed them stopping while I am playing a game or when I have rebooted to resolve said issue, and the system is idle, or it's being used for light duty.
