Aurora R14, DP issue, WiFi issue, bluescreen etc.

I'm having no end of problems with my R14. It all started a week after purchase about 3 months ago. Self restarts, wifi dropouts and every now and again display ports do not work. I have the 6600 XT (from what I've read now, not a very reliable graphics card).

The problems got worse to the point the DP never work, which makes the purchase of my nice Dell 32" 4K screen redundant and my life as a draftsperson difficult. So I lodged a complaint, a tech person came, changed the video card. No luck. When he heard about the other issues, he ordered everything except the hard drives, new motherboard, new CPU, new WiFi card, new graphics card and new ram. Still no luck!

Only option now was to reinstall Windows. That was a nightmare, had to change raid settings to even get Windows to install. But wo hoo, my DP came back on. I shouldn't of celebrated as a few hours later they stopped working again. Actually haven't come back on ever. I've done 4 Windows reinstalls now, I've used the Dell image, the Windows direct one etc. it doesn't make a difference. I've updated BIOS, then downgraded them, updated drivers, video card software, tried 4 different types of graphics card software. Nothing helps.

Dell say they can exchange the PC "like for like" but it will take up to 8 weeks! This PC is my work computer. I've checked with Dell and they have the exact PC in stock here in Sydney. Why cant they just send me this one? Or even better yet, swap this 6600 XT for another different type of card?

I'm hoping for a solution on here, but I doubt I'll find it.
