Aurora R15, interior lights not syncing with front panel

Just had my motherboard in my Aurora R15 replaced and I noticed my interior lights no longer sync with the front panel? If I reboot the machine all the lights are the same color for about 5 seconds then the front panel changes to blue and the 3 interior lights (rear fan, CPU and alienware logo) get stuck on a yellowish light. In the Alienware Console it doesnt give me an option to change those anymore either. Did the tech forget to plug something in?
