Aurora R15, video/audio stuttering

Like many people who have bought Aurora 15, the video/audio stutters every 15-20 minute for 1-2 seconds. Would appreciate a response from Dell about which of their software applications is causing this problem. My computer is under warranty and I will plan on returning it again for the second time if I do not get some assistance with this matter. I bought the same model previously and had the same problem. I returned it and got another computer thinking it was a hardware issue but this confirms it is the software because this new computer has the same issue. I have uninstalled the Dell SupportAssist program which others have reported to completely fix the issue. For me it helped, I still get the stuttering once every hour. I reported this stuttering to Dell support when I had my first computer and no solution by them. I’m hoping someone on this forum can give me a step by step on what I need to uninstall and where I need to uninstall it. Dell really should acknowledge this and provide a solution. I will take a video of this when I am playing a game and submit to Dell support so that someone there can provide a formal answer and solution or else I’ll be returning this computer for the second time and never purchasing from Dell again.
