Aurora R5 factory cpu cooler in mid tower case

Can I extend the hoses on the cooler so I can put the motherboard in a mid tower case? Or if I get a new cooler like an H100i will it bolt up to the aurora motherboard?  Looking at the Corsair 500d se.

Thanks

If I might ask, what is prompting you to change to the Corsair case?

Also, is the rear IO plate on that motherboard removable or part of the rear of the case?  If so, I am curious as to how that would be taken into consideration as far as how it would look at the rear of the new case.

Also you would need the pinouts on the motherboard and also look at the power switch wiring to make sure it's not a Dell only wiring scheme.

To answer your question, it looks like those hoses should be fine to reach the rear exhaust position in that real nice Corsair case you are looking at..  The only thing you might have to do is alter the orientation of the pump cooler if the hoses are not flexing in the right direction.  As far as upgrading to a new cooler as long as the cooler is set up for the LGA 1151 socket you should be fine.  The H100i is okay for that socket.

I was wondering the same thing. The Aurora-R5 motherboard and it's (Asetek) Liquid-Cooler are a good match for it's case. Also, only that MB can control those case-lights and vice-versa.
