Aurora R5 USB ports stopped working!
I’ve tried everything possible, when you plug in a usb device it makes the noise as if it’s going to register the device yet I have no mouse capability! Please help

Test that mouse on different computer.
Test each USB port with a flash-drive. Keep good notes.
Try a different (plain wired USB) mouse.
