So, I started my PC up to safe mode using msconfig when I had access to it before. When I clicked restart, it booted to this black screen with a cursor that was forever loading. I have tried many fixes from sites like YouTube but no luck, just the same old ctrl-alt-delete and win-p. None of which work for me. I would really like some help with this.

When you were in safe mode did you make any changes to the services at startup? Or make any other changes?
Not sure if you went to this site or tried any of the following fix suggestions.

It just happened one day, I pressed windows key+w and then it glitched a bunch, then it was a void. I have tried resetting (didn’t let me do it) restoring a past version, restarting, trying to boot safe mode, none of them work.
